The Modern Research Pipeline

From production to distribution

The research graph in five lanes: sources, metrics, claims, sections, editions. A published claim of $3,350 a tonne is selected and its lineage is highlighted along its whole length — back to the call transcript and the market series it rests on, forward into the sections that carry it. It is drawn dashed because it is not bound to the model.
The same publication as a pipeline: the draft, the four people who have to agree — author, co-author, content review and compliance — the two immutable artefacts built from it, the audience classes each is delivered to, and the reader who opens one.
What the client receives: the latest research feed, each note with its rating and target, an inbox carrying a new release and a correction, and the note that opening a link always rechecks entitlement.

Forget the ancient SaaS of 2013

No portal with a PDF stapled to it. No spreadsheet emailed round for approval. No ticket queue pretending to be a review.

Research is a product, not a document

One record from the first draft to the released edition, carrying its own history and gates it cannot skip.

Every number knows where it came from

Figures are bound to the model, not retyped from it, and every one of them is checked again on each draft.

An override is a decision, not a discrepancy

The model said $86.40. The note says $88.00. The reason travels with the release.

Nothing is quietly filled in

Where a record does not carry something, it says so: not captured.

Approvals have names

A gate is cleared by a person, on a version — and only by the person it belongs to.

One record, many languages

Numbers, dates and separators come from each edition’s locale profile, not from typing.

A release does not move

Built into the client’s own template, byte for byte. A correction is a new version with its own notice.

Entitlement is not a mailing list

Entitlement decides what a reader may open. Following only decides what reaches them.

An API that agents can actually use

Machine-readable, and on the same entitlements as a person: an agent reads exactly what the account it acts for may read, and not a line more.

The reader sees the work, not the machinery

No snapshots, no version strings. Corrections and withdrawals always arrive.

Human-led research. AI-native workflow

Assistance cites what it used and proposes; a person decides, and the decision joins the history.

For the head of research

Every draft on the desk, the stage it is at, and the gate it waits on.

For the team manager

Give the work out, say what is due and on which name, and watch it move — without asking anyone for a status.

For the analyst

Write it once, bind the numbers, and see what is holding it back before you submit.

For review and compliance

Read against the same model, raise issues on the draft, and clear the gate in your own name.

For sales and distribution

Build the exact artefact, check who is entitled, and send it.

For the client

Read what was released, follow what matters, and be told when it is corrected.

Markets

Walk one note from draft to client

The demo is a real Company Update with two open blockers, a mandatory compliance gate and an exact release. You can stand at any stage of it, and the note is the same object from every one.
